6 Firefighters Injured While Battling Blaze in Century-Old Brooklyn Home

Six firefighters were hospitalized after a raging fire ripped through a vacant century-old Brooklyn home Wednesday, officials said.

More than 100 firefighters raced to douse the blistering blaze at the Stratford Road house in Ditmas Park.

The intense fire gutted the building and consumed entire sections of the exterior, leaving a split facade behind, according to witnesses.
