Flames engulfed a red car on an approach ramp to the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, but its driver got out before becoming a burn victim.

The fire — in a Staten Island-bound lane — was captured on dramatic video beginning around 1:10 p.m. Friday. Emergency workers raced to the ramp that connects the Belt Parkway to the bridge.

Cops closed the ramp in both directions, as firefighters attacked the flames.

The fire was snuffed out by 1:22 p.m. and all lanes reopened at 1:39 p.m., MTA spokeswoman Amanda Kwan said.
