Two men were killed and a 14-year-old boy was seriously injured when their car slammed into a tree on the Belt Parkway in Queens Thursday night, authorities said. A black Mitsubishi Evolution was speeding westbound on N. Conduit Ave. when it slammed into a tree after turning onto the Belt Pkwy. onramp near Farmers Blvd. around 10:45 p.m., witnesses and Fire Dept. sources said.

Firefighters sheared the roof and doors off the car to cut the occupants free but were unable to save the 19-year-old front passenger who died at the scene, authorities said.

The driver, 20, was pulled from the wreckage and rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he succumbed to injuries, police said. The rear passenger, 14, was also cut free from the sport sedan and transported to Long Island Jewish Hospital with two broken legs, police said. He was in stable condition early Friday.

Police had not released the names of the vehicle’s occupants early Friday.

Neil Brown, 35, who lives nearby, was standing on N. Conduit with his brother when he saw the sedan tearing down the street and heard the crash.

“We was all outside and seen the car and it was flying – this car was flying down the street,” he said. “And then we heard, ‘Boom!’ like they hit something.

“That’s when my brother started calling 911 and we ran over and tried to help. We tried to open it but the doors were stuck in locked.”

Brown said two of the passengers were crying for help, trapped inside the car.

“They were screaming, ‘Help! Help! Get me out of here!’ but there was something I could do.”

Police were investigating the cause of the fatal crash late Thursday.
