On Wednesday, August 19th, the Annual Steuben Association Boat Ride for Firefighters, Nurses and friends will leave Pier 83 at W. 42nd Street and 12th Avenue, Manhattan, aboard Circle Line Tours. The scholarship will award a freshman entering a private high school in September 2015 five hundred ($500) dollars each year.
