Bronx house fire claims life of 94-year-old woman

A 94-year-old woman was killed after a fire broke out Friday afternoon in the Bronx, the NYPD said.

The FDNY said the two-alarm fire began just after 3 p.m. on the first floor of a private two-story home located at 4227 Ely Avenue in Wakefield.
