STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The FDNY responded to a transformer fire Sunday night in New Dorp, a spokesman for the department said.
No injuries were reported as a result of the blaze at 2525 Amboy Rd., the spokesman said.
The fire, which began at approximately 5:00 p.m., did not result in any power outages, according to a Con Edison outage map.
