FDNY Rescues Man From High-Rise Under Construction On Manhattan’s West Side

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The FDNY raced to a high-rise that’s under construction on Manhattan’s West Side after a worker needed rescuing.

The incident began at around 9:50 a.m. at 11th Avenue and 33rd Street.

The FDNY had to use a basket to lower him from the building.

The worker was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in serious but stable condition.
